Rail Clamps
Single Clamp - A&K No. K-301 (Beth 203)
Double Clamp - A&K No. K-302 (Beth 204)
Each of these A&K pressed steel clamps are furnished with reversible steel fillers. They are furnished for a "snug" fit against the rail base unless specified otherwise when ordering.
Single Hole Clamp and Holder- A&K No. K-107
Double Hole Clamp and Holder - A&K No. K-108
These heavy duty clamps are used to anchor crane rails to support beams. The holder is designed to be welded to the supporting member, but can be bolted when specified. Each assembly is furnished with bolts and lock washers. |

Hook Bolts
 A&K No. K-210
Hook-bolts are installed in pairs. Alternating hooks are reversed and spaced according to capacity of crane. Specify rail section, bolt diameter, and size and weight of supporting beam, when ordering.
Hook Bolt Holes
Rails anchored by hook-bolts may have additional holes drilled in the web. These holes for hook-bolt anchoring are usually spaced in pairs 4 inches apart at 24" intervals along the rail.
Crane Stops
 A&K No. 403
This A&K Crane Stop is designed for use on all rail sizes through and including 175 lb. rail sections. The two-piece heavy duty design is used for large crane operations. Each stop is fabricated to the necessary height and contour to correspond with the wheel radius and for contact on tread of wheel. Bolts and lock washers are furnished with each Crane Stop.
A&K No. 400
 This simplified Crane Stop is economical and quickly installed. It is designed for light or medium weight cranes using up to 100 lb. A.S.C.E. rail sections. |

A&K Rail Clips are available in the designs below to conform to crane rail and "tee rail" sections. They are designed to securely fasten the rail to the runway girders. Rail clips are normally installed in pairs opposite each other and spaced according to the capacity of the crane.
IMPORTANT: Consult A&K for current specifications on rail clips and clamps to assure proper installation. Drawings and dimensions shown in this catalog have been taken from manufacturer's standard specifications. A&K cannot be responsible for changes made by manufacturers in dimensions. Make sure you furnish your A&K Rail and Track Specialist with the rail section and crane capacity specifications when ordering clips and clamps. All clips are furnished without bolts and nuts unless otherwise specified. |
